Join us for an event beyond the ordinary as the doors of the historic Gryphon Theatre open onto another realm. This Halloween, the Gryphon and Jackalope Cult Cinema invite you to step through the looking glass and into The Goblin King’s Masquerade Ball, an immersive evening of film, live music, strange encounters, fantasy, and revelry inspired by the wonderfully weird world of Labyrinth.

The evening will commence at 5PM with interactive curiosities awaiting your perusal. 

At 6PM, we’ll journey together into Jim Henson’s beloved Labyrinth, then keep the spell alive with a live musical performance from Frogboat.

Amidst the magic, wander the Gryphon and discover tarot readings, a fantasy photo booth, wandering bards, refreshments, and other mystical corners of the Labyrinth waiting to be found.

As this is a masquerade, our suggested attire is High Fantasy Formal. Attendees are encouraged to channel goblin royalty, woodland witches, wandering knights, fae creatures, sorcerers, strange nobles, masked revelers, and anything else your imagination can summon. But of course, all costumes are welcome!

Come elegant. Come ridiculous. Come mysterious. Dust off something strange from the back of the wardrobe and dress to impress the Goblin King.
